Established
in 1992, the MMRC monitors the latest trends in the over-50 market.
The Center’s library houses books, magazines, newsletters,
videos and other resources produced for older adults and those who
serve them. The library also contains more than 3,000 entries from

In
2000, the MMRC introduced the World

The new awards program is held each spring and fall to recognize
the best senior-related websites for consumers and professionals.
In
addition to the Center’s publications and market research,
the MMRC has national expertise in older adult health promotion
through its National Senior
Health & Fitness Day® program. This annual event—always
held on the last Wednesday in May during Older Americans Month—is
the largest senior health promotion event in the United States.
The Mature Fitness
Awards USAsm is the only national health
and fitness recognition program designed solely for older adults.
The
MMRC also manages two online professional associations: the Association
of Marketing & Sales Executives in Senior Housingsm

Association for Senior Healthsm (NASH).
