Federal Report Says: Well-Being Improves for Most Older People,
But Not For All
Older Americans are living longer and living better than ever
before. But many age 65 and older face disability, chronic
health conditions, or economic stress, according to a new
federal indicators report that describes the status of the

Set for May 28, 2008
National Senior Health & Fitness Day, the nation's largest
older adult health promotion event is scheduled for Wednesday,
May 28, 2008. An estimated 1,000+ local organizations and
150,000 older adults are expected to participate at sites
